Islam: The religion and indoctrination of Terrorists

This was taken from a blog of a good friend of mine. It shows how our new "friends" in the middle east are not teaching their children the way of peace. Proof yet once more that Islam is a religion of outright terrorism. I would even take it so far as to say that those who follow most closely to the Koran are in fact the terrorists. Those who have remained peaceful as Muslims have failed to follow the teachings of the Koran to the limits that the Koran instructs them to follow. I am certainly GLAD that they have made that choice, but they are lesser believers because of that choice. We must take it upon ourselves to show the true love of Christ to those who have been so deceived into following a religion of terror and hurt. Read, Learn,, and try to make a difference....

Teach your children well...

Nope, it ain't Crosby, Stills, and Nash I'm talking about. Its an article by Nina Shea in the Washington Post. After 9/11, the Saudis were supposed to tone down the 'anti-everyone else' in their Wahhabi school system. No such luck. Here's the breakdown of what they're teaching currently. Remember: The Saudis are our friends.

FIRST GRADE

" Every religion other than Islam is false."
"Fill in the blanks with the appropriate words (Islam, hellfire): Every religion other than ______________ is false. Whoever dies outside of Islam enters ____________."

FOURTH GRADE

"True belief means . . . that you hate the polytheists and infidels but do not treat them unjustly."

FIFTH GRADE

"Whoever obeys the Prophet and accepts the oneness of God cannot maintain a loyal friendship with those who oppose God and His Prophet, even if they are his closest relatives.""It is forbidden for a Muslim to be a loyal friend to someone who does not believe in God and His Prophet, or someone who fights the religion of Islam."
"A Muslim, even if he lives far away, is your brother in religion. Someone who opposes God, even if he is your brother by family tie, is your enemy in religion."

SIXTH GRADE

"Just as Muslims were successful in the past when they came together in a sincere endeavor to evict the Christian crusaders from Palestine, so will the Arabs and Muslims emerge victorious, God willing, against the Jews and their allies if they stand together and fight a true jihad for God, for this is within God's power."

EIGHTH GRADE

"As cited in Ibn Abbas: The apes are Jews, the people of the Sabbath; while the swine are the Christians, the infidels of the communion of Jesus."
"God told His Prophet, Muhammad, about the Jews, who learned from parts of God's book [the Torah and the Gospels] that God alone is worthy of worship. Despite this, they espouse falsehood through idol-worship, soothsaying, and sorcery. In doing so, they obey the devil. They prefer the people of falsehood to the people of the truth out of envy and hostility. This earns them condemnation and is a warning to us not to do as they did."

"They are the Jews, whom God has cursed and with whom He is so angry that He will never again be satisfied [with them]."

"Some of the people of the Sabbath were punished by being turned into apes and swine. Some of them were made to worship the devil, and not God, through consecration, sacrifice, prayer, appeals for help, and other types of worship. Some of the Jews worship the devil. Likewise, some members of this nation worship the devil, and not God."

"Activity: The student writes a composition on the danger of imitating the infidels."

NINTH GRADE

"The clash between this [Muslim] community (umma) and the Jews and Christians has endured, and it will continue as long as God wills."

"It is part of God's wisdom that the struggle between the Muslim and the Jews should continue until the hour [of judgment]."

"Muslims will triumph because they are right. He who is right is always victorious, even if most people are against him."

TENTH GRADE

The 10th-grade text on jurisprudence teaches that life for non-Muslims (as well as women, and, by implication, slaves) is worth a fraction of that of a "free Muslim male." Blood money is retribution paid to the victim or the victim's heirs for murder or injury:"Blood money for a free infidel. [Its quantity] is half of the blood money for a male Muslim, whether or not he is 'of the book' or not 'of the book' (such as a pagan, Zoroastrian, etc.).

"Blood money for a woman: Half of the blood money for a man, in accordance with his religion. The blood money for a Muslim woman is half of the blood money for a male Muslim, and the blood money for an infidel woman is half of the blood money for a male infidel."

ELEVENTH GRADE

"The greeting 'Peace be upon you' is specifically for believers. It cannot be said to others."

"If one comes to a place where there is a mixture of Muslims and infidels, one should offer a greeting intended for the Muslims."

"Do not yield to them [Christians and Jews] on a narrow road out of honor and respect."

TWELFTH GRADE

"Jihad in the path of God -- which consists of battling against unbelief, oppression, injustice, and those who perpetrate it -- is the summit of Islam. This religion arose through jihad and through jihad was its banner raised high. It is one of the noblest acts, which brings one closer to God, and one of the most magnificent acts of obedience to God."

Bush's faith worries Albright

Bush's faith worries Albright
Monday, May 22, 2006; Posted: 11:18 a.m. EDT (15:18 GMT)
LONDON, England (Reuters) -- U.S. President George W. Bush has alienated Muslims around the world by using absolutist Christian rhetoric to discuss foreign policy issues, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright says.
~~~So she's putting bad spin on Christianity as well as a President who acts according to what he believes~~~
"I worked for two presidents who were men of faith ~~~ This is a highly suspect assumption about these men considering who they were and what they did~~~, and they did not make their religious views part of American policy," she said, referring to Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, both Democrats and Christians.~~~ Clinton especially gives Christians a bad name.~~~
"President Bush's certitude about what he believes in, and the division between good and evil, is, I think, different," said Albright, who has just published a book on religion and world affairs. "The absolute truth is what makes Bush so worrying to some of us." ~~~ Isn't it funny how the truth worries people so much. They refuse to acknowledge it's there, yet when confronted with it, find no argument against it other than they don't LIKE it. Knowing what you believe SCARES PEOPLE.~~~
Bush, a Republican, has openly acknowledged his Christian faith informs his decisions as president. He says, for example, that he prayed to God for guidance before invading Iraq.
Some Muslims have accused him of waging a crusade against Islam, comparable with those of the Middle Ages. The White House says it has nothing against Islam, but against those who commit terrorist atrocities in its name.
But Albright says Bush's religious absolutism has made U.S. foreign policy "more rigid and more difficult for other countries to accept." ~~~ Jesus came to bring a sword, not peace. The Truth always scatters the lies, and those who tell lies fear Truth. Yes, that's a hard thing for them to accept. It's written on their hearts according to Romans and they are fighting it too hard to have someone else confront them with it. That's just not fair!!~~~
In her book, "The Mighty and the Almighty," Albright recalls how Bush, while he was governor of Texas, told Christians he believed God wanted him to be president.
She quotes from his speech to his party convention of 2004, when he told Republicans: "We have a calling from beyond the stars to stand for freedom."
"Some of his language is really quite over the top," Albright told Reuters on Sunday during a trip to London to promote her book. "When he says 'God is on our side', it's very different from (former U.S. President Abraham) Lincoln saying 'We have to be on God's side.'"
Worse than Vietnam
The 69-year-old, who worked for Carter in the late 1970s and was Clinton's secretary of state from 1997-2001, says the war in Iraq "may eventually rank among the worst foreign policy disasters in U.S. history."
She describes it as arguably worse than the Vietnam War -- not in terms of the number of people killed but because the Middle East is a more volatile region than southeast Asia.
She also bemoaned "the growing influence of Iran" in the region and warned sectarian violence between Shi'ite and Sunni Muslims could escalate into an all-out "Arab-Persian conflict."
"We should not be contributing to what is a long historical struggle between the Sunni and Shia," she said.
Asked about her own beliefs, Albright said she had "a very confused religious background." ~~~Yet she'll sit in judgment of what someone else believes, even though she hasn't figured out what SHE believes yet....how foolish she would feel if she began to believe as the President does! This is foolishness at it's worst~~~
Born and raised a Roman Catholic in Czechoslovakia, Britain and then the United States, she converted to Anglicanism when she married and only later in life discovered she had Jewish roots.
It is this legacy which makes her wary of any religion which claims a monopoly on truth, she said. ~~~Since she has been taught lies, she now fears the Truth. Lies make it easy to hide, the Truth is a light in the concealing darkness and man fears this according to the book of John.
These days, she describes herself as "an Episcopalian (U.S. Anglican) with a Catholic background", recalling how she used to pray to the Virgin Mary as a child and still does.
"I know I believe in God but I have doubts,~~~she doesn't truly know God. She only believes He's there. Unfortunately, the Bible says that even the demons believe God is there and tremble at the fact, but they'll never know Him for salvation. I hope Albright doesn't follow suit.~~~ and doubt is part of faith," she said.
'Shortbus' sex bonanza a slap to Bush, Cannes director says
'Shortbus' sex bonanza a slap to Bush, Cannes director says
A US film featuring actors performing real sex is a "call to arms" against President George W. Bush, the director told journalists at the Cannes film festival.
"Shortbus," an explicit, largely improvised arthouse flick that includes a rendition of the American national anthem during a gay sex scene, is a direct provocation, director John Cameron Mitchell admitted.
"It's a little bit of a cri de coeur to us, a little bit of a call to arms" against the prevailing conservatism, he told a media conference, adding that his country was living in "the era of Bush, which is about clamping down, being scared."
The 43-year-old, whose previous work was "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," about a transsexual rock singer, said the film was his own small act of defiance against Bush.
"If you can't do elections you might as well do erections," he said.
Although the first half of the film is filled with sex, including orgies and masturbation, the act itself is not meant to be erotic but rather to challenge the audience and make it confront issues such as loneliness, the illusion of self-sufficiency and other seemingly unrelated problems, Mitchell said.
One scene likely to create controversy in the United States and some other countries shows a gay threesome in which one participant joyfully bellows "The Star Spangled Banner."
The actor with the singing voice, PJ Deboy, said he did the scene to show that he was as American as anyone, despite resistance to gays in parts of the country, including Washington.
"I thought to myself: 'Can I do it...?' And I decided I could, because it is a patriotic act.... There's nothing un-American about gay sex and there's nothing unpatriotic about it," he said.
He also joked that "I am now touring and singing every country's national anthem," and called for volunteers to assist.
Mitchell pointed out that the movie, filmed in New York City, also made pointed references to the September 11, 2001 attacks in the United States.
Near the end of the movie, the lights flicker out as they did during a blackout that briefly occurred in 2003, provoking fears of a terrorist attack -- and then relief and a sense of togetherness that is likened to an orgasm.
"This film is in the shadow of 9/11, but it shows we're still alive, y'know?" the director said.
"Sex is not that interesting unless it's put into an artistic context, or you're having it yourself," Mitchell said.
"And sometimes not even then," added a cross-dressing actor called Justin Bond who played himself in the movie.
